Gym has quite good equipment's pertaining to different muscle groups, well maintained and can accommodate huge crowd having 2 floors. Girish sir and Other trainers considerate with their teaching and are patient with beginners.

This is a good gym. I have known this place since 2017 and they have the best trainers. Equipments are decent. Girish sir and Harish are one of the best .

It is been more than a year since I have been with the gym. For a working professional like me flexibility is very important when I opted for a personal trainer. Girish is very competent and extremely professional and helped me in fitness journey. Overall, it has a positive vibe with good support & help from trainers.

A very good gym and lot of members will build positivity and motivate to the next step. Girish and Harish are really very good people and they give their best. But the only concern is, I joined this gym for 3 months with a personal trainer but there are few flaws. The personal trainer doesn't give time, just suggests what has to be done which is equivalent for any gym trainer whom I don't pay additional for personal trainer, there was no point of spending on personal trainer. It's been nearly 3 to 4 Months I quit the gym and have joined another, not even a single call I received to understand what happened? Why I quit?, why I didn't turn up? I have joined another gym and see a lot of difference on the personal trainer experience comparatively.

This is a place of hope. I have been training in this gym for couple of years now and is one of the best gyms in Bangalore north. What makes the place special is the personal trainers girish and gagan. They create a such a motivational vibe in the place and everyone who comes here has had a guaranteed transformation.
