I am 50+ years old, I started with Mithun's Fitness Factory to lose weight in the month of Sep 2022. From then I've lost about 7 kilos with regular and consistent workout routines set by my personal trainer Mr. Ujwal, who has consistently supported my efforts and has guided me throughout with his professional acumen on diet, workout patterns and motivation. I had initially only joined for 3 months with personal training, but I subsequently extended the personal training solely because of his care and undivided attention during the workout slots. This is great place, with professional trainers who take utmost care to ensure that individuals achieve their fitness goals. The gym is immaculate and pristine gym, which is well maintained, hygienic and clean. On a personal note, apart from losing weight, there is significant improvement in my strength, mobility and alertness post joining this gym. Thanking them for my fitness journey.
