Hands down the best gym I've ever trained at. Big shoutout to the entire team. Every single piece of equipment was top-notchh Myself i have lost 45KGS without any supplement just 17 months of consistency discipline with a purpose of everyday grind with same boring routine from 118 to 73KGS always remember don't forget the place where you start from always be greatful and humble big thanks Vinay bro who supported me at my start and ramendas is so helpful man there were more people who helped me i will be not taking the names but they were also who helped me alot them i wouldn't be the person who i am today i started my journey on 4th december 2023 it's been 17 months already always greatful for my home gym i am proud to share my darkest days of journey where my whole life changed i used to wake up at 4:30 am in the morning and i used to hit the gym by 5:00 am where i did when i was badly not able to do always push in the hardest days i am not satisfied yet i will write a more detailed review after my final transformation great things takes lot of years hardwork with consistent discipline have a purpose if you want something badly just do it don't think from when to start start at that second no matter what it will be hardest and the hardest obstacles gonna come and you will feel you can't do it and you think to give up always remember why you started what i am telling it's my self experience being fat human is so hard in this world everyone laughs so badly it hurts like you feel to give up life i joined grapple when i went through a lot 18 years of fat human life ended on 19th years after working so hard i would like to be always greatful for the place of my life changing, whole team was incredibly humble Highly recommend this place if you're in Nagarbhavi
