Not Recommended - Disappointed with the Experience at Gold's Gym , Yelahanka Honestly, I didn't have a great experience at. Right from the start, things felt unclear. The different membership options weren't explained properly, and I was just put into the Elite membership without really knowing what I was signing up for. At the time of joining, I was promised a complimentary Cult or Amazon voucher -- but that turned out to be invalid. I've followed up multiple times, and no one seems to care. Even now, I haven't received a replacement, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one facing this issue. It's disappointing how unresponsive the team has been. I also signed up for personal training, which honestly felt like a waste of money. I paid around 7,500 for 12 sessions. I have an ankle injury, and I expected the trainer to take that into account. It felt like he had no clue how to work with someone recovering from an injury. There was no real communication, no effort to understand my fitness goals, medical history, or what kind of motivation I needed. It just felt like I was left to figure things out on my own. Overall, the experience has been really disappointing -- from the lack of support to poor communication and follow-up. I wouldn't recommend it.

The gym equipments are good.. but the management is worst.. thank god I went through other source rather than getting membership there.. least curiosity for the reception lady to even have patience in explaining about the gym..all she tells is no network, least bothered to even create enthusiasm for us in joining the gym.. and the trainers have no clue of what the gym is and all they know is what is on what floor.. very bad communication to get into the gym and cleanliness is okay.. please think before u take their membership directly..

I am not ready to give even single star.. All they want is just money ..get enrolled, pay money then forget about that ..Oh god such a creepy management.. They don't even have curtosy or patience to listen customers feedback.. they just don't care about that .. Seriously I never expected third class service by world's best gym.. If you know how to use equipment and have enough money then use world class equipment and do it by urself..if you are new to gym concept then please don't try this! If you take personal trainer it's dead waste .. they really don't care your goals .. trainers are bothered about gossiping,politics and flirting.. There was a fight between female and male trainer and even female trainer left the gym.. They don't have regular class for zumba and all ..most of the days they get cancelled! Personal trainer will be busy in his own body building so he just give oral instructions and move to his personal business or keep himself busy over the phone.. If you change trainer or just think of it they start making you feel unsafe..Manager and receptionists are concerned only about fees payment...worst experience .. I don't recommend this gym at all !

One of the best and cleanest gyms in Bangalore with high tech and good quality equipments.

A very good place to workout. I've come here quite a few times. Please let me know if you have fixed the woman's sauna room if not fixed yet please fix it.

Should be just called Yellow Gym, no air conditioning most of the times. Dust everywhere and half broken washrooms

Overall one of the best GYM in Yelahanka. Well trained trainer with the required qualifications. Best ambience and facility. Compared to other gyms best quality equipments. All the employees working in the GYM are very polite and helpful nature. I liked the gym very much. Keep it up. Thanks for providing this facility in this area.

Filled with chapris just slamming weight without reason trying to be cool. No supervison no nothing only for name's sake it's called golds gym.
