One of the best fitness studios! The trainers are passionate, energetic, and excellent at handling group classes. The pricing is affordable, and they even offer 2 trial classes to help you decide--but honestly, one class is enough to know you'll want to join Emerge. Special mention to Geetha, the receptionist at the 6th Block Jayanagar branch--she's so approachable, and her warm smile is the perfect start to our mornings.

This gym offers premium equipments and various fitness classes, including yoga, dance, and Zumba. This gym has an excellent environment, welcoming and encouraging culture. The staff are really very kind and friendly especially Geetha, she is very responsive and fulfils the needs of every client. The trainers are experts who genuinely help people succeed in their fitness journey.

I've been consistently disappointed with my experience at Emerge Gym. Classes are frequently cancelled, often last-minute, to accommodate events -- which gives the impression that regular paying members are not a priority. It's frustrating and disruptive for anyone trying to maintain a consistent fitness routine. Balancing home with kids and work at office we come here scheduling everything and we receive a message that they cancelled the class. Another major issue is the customer service at the front desk. Geeta, in particular, is not welcoming or responsive to members. She often ignores concerns, doesn't listen properly, and rarely provides clear or respectful replies. It's not the kind of environment that makes members feel valued or heard. What's even more concerning is that the gym allows non-members to attend group classes for free, even beyond the standard trial classes. This is unfair to paying members and devalues the membership entirely. Overall, this gym lacks professionalism, accountability, and customer care. I do not recommend Emerge Gym to anyone looking for a reliable or respectful fitness space. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously, but as of now, I cannot suggest this place to others. Lastly, don't call or try to reach out begging to change the rating. Front desk lady doesn't even deserve one star for her behaviour with the customers.

Emerge in Jayanagar is an amazing and great gym compared to the gym I went earlier. It's a great place to workout with good equipment and great environment great service with friendly staff, specially Geetha at front desk, who is very friendly and helpful with client interactions and the Gym coach, Vinod is very good, knowledgeable and professional trainer. I highly recommend this Gym for the services they offer.

The trainers at the Emerge fitness are very good. They teach from the basics. This fitness has plenty of equipments. I would strongly recommend. While joining they assured me to provide some goodies but I haven't received them yet.. it's been 3 months now.. I think it's a false promise by management.
