I've had a really great experience at Fit 24 Gym! The place has a motivating vibe, good equipment, and a friendly environment. My personal trainer, Nishant Sharma, is very dedicated and always pushes me to give my best. His guidance and workout plans have really helped me improve my strength and confidence. Totally recommend Fit 24 and Nishant to anyone who wants real fitness results!

I have been a cult member for 4+ years - been to most outlets but been regular at Tribe. I have referred so many of my friends, colleagues and family to cult. Buy most of their stuff regularly- from protein powders to their merchandise.
Over a period of time the quality of customer experience has dropped significantly. The managers are unhelpful and talk like a bot without really understanding the customer problem. Very disappointing and frustrating! Not the kind one would expect at cult.
When I had a problem recently with a class - all they wanted to do was get rid of me. Their cluster manager refused to talk to me. This is how they treat their long time members!

It was another fantastic experience at the special "Club Light Dance Fitness" program. The class was full of energy, with a soothing ambiance and a great mix of songs. The 50 minutes of non-stop dancing burned calories while providing lots of fun. Our HSR gang added to the excitement by keeping the class lively and energetic.
Four wheeler parking is challenging, however 2 wheeler parking is available in front of center

I've been training with Satnam Singh for the past three months, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He is highly knowledgeable, consistently motivating, and takes the time to understand individual goals.
What I value most is his patience and encouragement, which make workouts enjoyable rather than intimidating. In just a short time, I've noticed significant improvements in my strength and stamina.
I would highly recommend Satnam Singh to anyone seeking a dedicated, supportive trainer who genuinely cares about their clients' fitness journey.

My wife and I just joined Cult, and on Day 2 we already had a terrible experience with a trainer named Satnam Singh (he's the one with a paghdi-like cap).
When my wife politely asked him to unload the weights from the leg press machine after his client finished, he flat-out refused. Instead, he argued rudely saying: "aage wale ne unload nahi kya tha uska kya?" and "aapko karna he kya leg press? Karna hoga tab me unload kar lunga."
This is appalling. Trainers should follow gym rules and set the right example, not openly break them. Just the previous day my wife had to unload 150+ kilos by herself, which is unsafe. Even when Paul sir intervened, Satnam still refused.
Worse than not unloading was his arrogant, aggressive attitude. A trainer shouting at a female member is not just unprofessional -- it feels intimidating and unsafe.
Cult must take strict action and ensure trainers show basic respect, discipline, and courtesy. If such behaviour continues, the credibility of the gym itself is at risk.
I'll update and edit if things improve going forward.
