Pathetic trainers and staff. This is a 3rd class gym. Trainers with half baked knowledge and equipment which are broken, damaged and under repair most of the time. I used to go here regularly due to distance and mind my own business. The trainer Sundaresha is so insecure and shares feedback about unnecessary things due to his inability to train or lift accurately. The other trainer in the gym seems like he's never worked out in his life. The manager Shahid is unable to handle his staff and ensure people have a pleasant experience. I escalated an issue to the manager and the next day itself, the trainer again came by to talk to me regarding shoes. I have worked out in the gym for over 1 year and seen multiple people workout without shoes, but because I escalated an issue about his behaviour, he came to talk about it again and caused a scene. I will never visit this place again. What a waste of space. Do yourself a favor and visit other gyms. I really do not understand how this kind of gym comes as an elite gym in the cult app. Kindly focus and improve the gym and hire the right kind of staff.

Amazing gym with great varieties equipments which makes the workout much fun. Trainers are very helpful. All in all, great gym!

The best Gym in the area. They have knowledgeable friendly trainers and management are good. There is a lot of space in the gym for strength training. Very good equipment with well maintained. Gym environment is very calm and peaceful

I've been going to this gym for about a month now. I'm having pt sessions with Mr. Minhaj Uddin. He is incredibly knowledgable, and he has given me a workout plan based on my issues. All of the staff members are quite pleasant. I began to like my gym sessions and acquired some new friends as well. The machines here are relatively new and well-maintained. Give a try if you stay near jp nagar.
