Such a wonderful gym experience! The gym has a clean, well-maintained setup with a really pleasant ambience. Asha ma'am and Vichu are amazing trainers - always friendly, encouraging, and great at explaining each exercise in detail. Their guidance makes every workout enjoyable and effective. The atmosphere here is super positive and motivating - it genuinely feels like a supportive fitness community.I always leave feeling stronger, happier and more motivated. Great Gym! Spacious, clean, and well equipped. There's plenty of room to work out, the equipment is top-notch, and everything is well maintained. What really sets it apart is the trainers, Asha ma'am and Vichu. Experienced, friendly, and always ready to guide and motivate you. Highly recommend!

The best and biggest gym in the surrounding area. I chose cross fit + gym but there are other options too. The general trainers are very helpful and I'm loving the cross fit training as it's challenging my stamina. The price I say is reasonable for a 9000 sq ft gym. It has all the facilities of changing room, dining area, bathrooms - separate for boys and girls. On top of that there is a ring and a separate area for cross fit training and MMA training, a big hall for aerobic exercises too. I highly recommend this gym for all the fitness lovers.

This gym has all the necessary equipment, but I'm giving it 2 stars because there are no trainers available to guide you. If you already know all the exercises and don't need any assistance, it might work for you. Otherwise, it's best to look elsewhere.Additionally the owners behaviour is rude , very rude actually.

Never felt so home any other gym. Trainers here really look at you , train you you talk to you and you enjoy the vibe. CrossFit and kickboxing classes does a very good training. Myself chosen CrossFit with gym. With an affordable package the best gym to catch up ur breath.

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professionals. Trainer is really enthusiastic and takes care to introduce variations in all forms of exercises to make it interesting. This is really effective for weight loss training for men and women both special shout-out to Asha for training so well.

The journey so far has been splendid. The gym is spacious and has seperate areas for the various offerings. Love the overall ambience and the trainers quite understand the needs and support your fitness journey entirely, be it workout, diet etc. Recommended for all folks who want to start their fitness journey.
