Honestly the best gym I've been to. The workouts are structured in a way that optimises time and shows you exactly how much your body is capable of. The trainers are some of the most knowledgeable in their field and honestly the most encouraging people I know. We're always encouraged to try different things like run the occasional marathon (which they will help train for) The gym goes above and beyond for their clients and I would definitely recommend it to anyone I know.

The best coach in town can be found here! The dedication, time and effort has been put into people by them are tremendous.. Changing and transforming people at their best. I have been trained by them online and yet the results are beyond imagination! A correct posture has been their goal during workouts and never fail to make sure the students do it right. My injuries have reduced ever since I have joined their classes and my knee pain has completely vanish. Thank you X-Fit!
