I've seen great progress in the strength of my shoulder by practicing with Virupaksha sir in the therapeutic session. My shoulder injury is much better and healing well. The online sessions that i attend staying in Bangalore are very professionally done and Sir very keenly observes everybody's posture in the group on zoom and corrects us. An amazing yoga institute to learn traditional and authentic Iyengar Yoga. After trying other methods of yoga, I feel Iyengar Yoga is the purest and right technique of practicing. The institute has all the props recommended for Iyengar Yoga. The best part is that Virupaksha sir pays individual attention to ensure that each one of his students gets the correct alignment. He focuses not only on posture, but also on breathing and awareness. I've been attending his classes since 2 1/2 years and it's a joy attending them. He doesn't teach what you want but teaches what you need. I've learnt a lot about human anatomy after attending to his classes. He handles therapy classes very meticulously and ensures that the student is relieved of the pain. No wonder, he has a healing touch. It's quite amazing that at this young age, he's blessed with such a profound knowledge. I feel so rejuvenated after the class, I'll surely continue for years.
