The Iron Gym

I love this gym... friendly staff, a clean and hygienic environment. changing room washroom are always clean and fresh, equipments are well maintained... Trainers are knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition, and are very attentive to my form. They creates effective workouts that are tailored to my goals, and his constant encouragement keeps me motivated Very supportive atmosphere. Staff members are friendly helpful, and professional. Have been training for for the past 2 months now and have never experienced such friendly and energetic atmosphere befor. The irom gym gives full value for money and both the trainers are equally polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend it for both beginners and professionals as it is a truly versatile gym.

this review is based on 2 yrs of my exp. +ve: 1:trainers gives comprehensive assistance to members under general membership( they will assist u but don't expect spoon feeding). You will have to ask things if u want to learn, they will help u (they r friendly). 2: cleanliness is well taken care of. 3:one imp thing for females is that environment (in terms of male members towards them ) is professional. I mean girls can wear whatever without any hesitance . I have seen women doing workout in tight fittings , burkha/hijab so for women outfit is not a issue. 4:Staff do not push members for PERSONAL TRAINING ( I mean they don't lure u for that unless u specifically want that) or any kind of SUPPLEMENTS . So don't worry that they will try to sell u something. 5:I found behavior of Manager very professional , friendly, supportive ( he was really cooperative in terms of payment as I was facing some challenges in paying one time) 6: In 2 yrs of my exp ,I saw people of all age groups - young, mid 30-40-50 s, training there to become fit not just bodybuilders roaming around. THINGS THAT I FEEL ARE ALSO IMPORTANT TO KNOW: :In men's room ( locker + changing room) locker area was spacious earlier but after some renovation it is little conjested. If changing room is occupied you may feel little discomfort in changing clothes as locker area is short. ( this point is valid in feb 2025 as this thing can be resolved so u will have to check in future).

Incredible facility, good staff and overall great vibe. It's amazing how much you can get done in this nifty little gym. The staff is extremely cordial and the owners are very accommodating. The gym is capable of catering to people with varying lifting experiences, so beginner, intermediate or advanced lifters can get a great workout in. Having been there for only a month and a half, I was impressed by how much the gym had to offer. 10/10 would go there again if I'm ever in Ranchi. On a side note, the playlist is pretty bomb too, which adds to the ambience.

It's been 3 months, I joined the gym. According to my experience it's a great place to workout with top equipments and great environment. The trainers here are very knowledgeable and always keep you motivated. I would highly recommend Iron gym...
