I've been training at Cuts and Curves for the past few months, and the transformation--both physically and mentally--has been amazing. I am 46 yrs old and was around 98kg when I joined ,today astonishingly I am 79kg .... The journey was difficult but the ambience of the gym and guidance of the trainer helped me reach my goal..The gym is well-equipped, clean, and has a motivating atmosphere that pushes you to give your best every day.

I always feel that the gym creates a very positive approach in general, which seems to run throughout the gym. I love the presence around the place of the gym. Consider aspects like equipment, cleanliness, staff, training, and overall atmosphere.

Trainer was good but they don't provide free demo class and take 100 rupees from me for a single day demo class.
