After my one year experience i must say they train really well i love the all training session with Abdul bhaiya and Sajid sir they explain and show every exercise from the base surface and the bonus one is stretching. Happy to be a part of AQR GYM .

Probably the best equipped and best facilitated gym in Daladili, kathitand, ratu area. They have a huge space. All the equipments and machines are of higher standards. It was my very 1st day and still I felt like I know all the staffs from a long time. They are so cooperative and friendly. I personally liked the stretching session that they provide after your workout. That's a mandatory thing but hardly any gym in ranchi provide you that. If you're looking for a gym with nice equipments and well skilled coaches, this is the place.

Very good trainer and well equipped

Having lot of space, nicely ventilated, all types of machines for all body parts including trade mill, cycling, and other stuff related to cardio also available. Trainers are also very polite and friendly. At last, will get lot more than expectation in less amount.
