Guys don't go on negative reviews. It's very well equipped. The main highlight of the gym is wonderful trainer and energetic ambience. The trainer gives attention to each and every individual. You just need to have dedication and rest will be taken care of by them. I personally felt that the gym trainer is well aware of the problem areas for each individual and provide the sets of exercises required for respective person. Moreover they ensure that each and every exercise and repetitions are done correctly. I would recommend this gym and can say with all my experience here that it can be considered as the best unisex gym in Ramgarh Area.
