I've been a member at S S FITNESS for 1 year and I can confidently say this is one of the best gyms I've ever trained at. Facilities: The equipment is top-notch -- from free weights to state-of-the-art cardio machines, everything is clean, well-maintained, and up to date. There's plenty of space, even during peak hours, which makes workouts stress-free and efficient. Cleanliness: Hygiene is clearly a priority here. Sanitizing stations are well-stocked and conveniently placed. Trainers & Staff: The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, the personal trainers go the extra mile to tailor workouts, offer guidance, and keep you motivated. Their group classes are also excellent -- challenging, fun, and led by professionals who know how to push you without overwhelming you. Trainer Sir is one of the best I have ever seen Atmosphere: There's a great community vibe here -- everyone's focused on their goals, but there's a sense of support and mutual respect. Whether you're lifting heavy, doing yoga, or just walking on the treadmill, you feel welcomed. Value: For the quality of service and amenities provided, the membership is more than worth it. The best and most wonderful i have ever seen or experienced, the equipments are unique and awasome, the trainer is also very kind hearted I highly recommend this gym

Higly dissatisfied...., Reason :- 1)Trainer himself a owner giving wrong details of exercise 2) I came 1 day with my friend and they start to buttering me ...so I left .. 3) blaming my friend that he wants to do exercises with girls is totally invalid reason...( Totally shameful response given by this gym owners ) 4) we are doing gym for 1 years in Delhi and our sports exercise are done in haryana , many female friends are doing , it was unisex gym as well none of the girls felt discomfortable with us because of the well corporation of gym and trainers as well as both .... ,,,,blaming others is not the option , improve your strategy and corporation with the customer 5) agar apko itna hi problem hai seperate the strategy with boys and girls and don't give the tag of"unisex" gym .... 6) firstly, gym trainer himself told my friend that he is running buisness,if he give 10 min extra he will be in loss and Telling to give more money.... It's a gym or fish market ???that even exceeding 10 min ,you will be disrespected .... 7 ) a gym is place where people are happy to do exercises,but I m disagree with your gym that such a blaming card you are playing with my friend ... Ooh sorry,not a gym ,it is a buisness sorry!!!!
