Tom Fitness is a good place to get leaner and stronger. The trainers Sujay, Sudhanshu and Shubham are watchful and their observation has improved my performance. I like the specific machines for back, shoulder, leg add/abductors, leg extension/curls and leg press. They're solid. The music, television screen for bright workout videos and the lights also increase my workout motivation on dull days, making me attend more classes more often.
