I am taking classes in Sarkar Yoga Academy since last 6 years. Other than the physical fitness improvement I have got immense uplift in mental calmness. And the credit goes to all the teachers under the guidance of Anshu Sir. His immense energy and experience is a source of inspiration for all.of us.

Me and my husband both of as are practicing yoga under Mr. Andhu Sarkar's guidance, it's been 25 years now and we always get relief from our health problems. We both have very good experience here.

Once you entered here feel like there is no such space in the world you feel like not alone its like family of yoga. One of more example of my father I just joined here for his paralysis improvement after the return from coma. But he having now such capability and will power he can improve and after a days he will be drive bike or car he will go for sure anywhere. I am attached to this Academy since last 15 years. Our Yoga guru is an extremely talented and knowledgeable person. But normally he doesn't impart training himself and all the trainers are not equally experienced. This system has a direct impact on the progress of the trainee.
