Not recommend for female clients .Because the Owners ,Trainer and the director has a negative behaviour. Even the gym equipment are not being repaired since a year . .

I visited ones and I saw old standard machines with Less facilities . cafeteria was closed at the peak time Benches where loose Dumbell where not on Rack .

Super sexy and spacious gym where you don't have to wait as it's not crowded.. the owner is also very soft spoken and cooperative.. much recommended
