Gold's Gym is one of the best fitness centers .The equipment is top-notch, the trainers are knowledgeable, and the overall atmosphere motivates you to push harder every session. The gym maintains good hygiene and provides wide range of machines for strength, cardio, and functional workouts. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete, Gold's Gym offers excellent support to achieve your goals.

I enrolled at Gold's Gym and paid around 16,000 for a one-month membership along with personal training. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After just a few sessions, my assigned trainer was abruptly removed from the gym, and since then, I was never provided with another trainer who could offer proper guidance. This wasn't the first issue I faced. Even during the membership process, I encountered problems with their service. However, once the payment was made, there was little to no accountability from the staff. Despite raising my concerns, no resolution was ever offered, and I was not provided with a refund either. What's worse is the way some employees handle feedback--rather than addressing concerns professionally, I was often met with rudeness, and on multiple occasions, staff members even resorted to shouting. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a service industry where customer experience should be a priority. I usually avoid writing public reviews, but the consistent negligence and poor conduct compelled me to share my experience this time. In my opinion, this gym fails to deliver on the promises it makes and does not value its members once payment is secured.

I have joined Gold Gym, Jamshedpur about one and half month ago. It has been a wonderful experience here at gym. I am feeling very much encouraged now. All this is possible only because of my Personal Trainer Rashmi Ji and other good staff members. My trainer is always enthusiastically present for me with a good smile.

When I first started training with Rashmi Ma'am, I had almost no strength and very low confidence in myself. Even the simplest exercises felt impossible, and I doubted whether I could ever improve. But from day one, she believed in me more than I believed in myself. She always encouraged me, reminding me that progress takes time and that I would get there. She never once gave up on me -- even on my worst days when I was feeling down or struggling, she found a way to motivate me. Her patience and constant positivity made all the difference. One of the things I appreciate most is how she always found a way for me to succeed. There were exercises I simply couldn't do at the start, but instead of letting me skip them, she found smart modifications so I could still train effectively. Over time, those "impossible" moves became possible -- and now, I can do them with confidence. Fast forward several months, and the changes are beyond what I ever expected. I can now deep squat -- something I once thought was completely out of reach for me. I was terrified of doing chest presses in the beginning, but now I can confidently lift up to 12.5 kg. These milestones are more than just numbers to me; they are proof of how far I've come with her guidance. This has been a truly life-altering experience. My outlook towards the gym and working out has shifted from fear and hesitation to excitement and commitment. My lifestyle and diet have drastically improved, and I actually look forward to my training sessions. Rashmi Ma'am has taught me everything from the basics on day one to advanced techniques, making sure I not only perform the exercises but also understand why we do them. I've learned so much from her, both about fitness and about believing in myself. I owe a huge thanks to her for her dedication, expertise, and genuine care. I highly recommend Rashmi Ma'am to anyone who wants a trainer who is not only skilled but also truly invested in your journey. She will push you, guide you, and celebrate every single victory with you -- big or small.

Rashmi Rai is the best trainer. She is good at her job and most importantly her nature. She is friendly and knows what her clients want from her. Best trainer

The experience has become worse now Power issues in the gym has become a regular problem Treadmill don't work properly, Steam is always out of service No keys to members Maintenance is bad here Ac are turned off most of the time specially after 11.30 am when we come Trainers are not helpful at all only focuses on their client. The owner only focuses on his rooftop club No upgrades to the gym People need to learn customer service specially the trainers out, specially the females ones.. Earlier things were good now it has become worse day by day
