Perfect gym does not exist, the equipments present here are of extraordinary quality plus the gym environment is exceptionally good which motivates you to come to the gym regularly. The trainer is very cooperative and always ready to help you during your workout be it to know the next exercise or ask for help in between reps. Really love working out here % recommended

Raj Sir, Abhishek Sir and Alvin Sir are highly competent and experienced coaches who modify their efforts according to the circumstances of each session. They varies activities to keep them interesting, encourages me to do just a little more than I think I can. It has been only 8 or so weeks but I see improvement in stamina and strength, and a long-time hand tremor is mostly gone. I have more mobility in my shoulder, elbow and wrist.

I joined Alvin's Gym with a medical condition (HS) Hidradenitis Suppurativa. and was initially focused only on losing weight. I opted for personal training with Abhishek Raj Goswami, and I'm so glad I did. He guided me with the right techniques and posture, which completely changed my mindset towards fitness. Since starting on April 19th, my goal has shifted from just weight loss to becoming stronger and fitter overall. Today, my doctor confirmed that I've overcome Hidradenitis Suppurativa. --no lumps, no medication needed. I'm stepping into a new era of fitness, and I'm excited to keep transforming every day! I would strongly recommend using Abhishek as your personal trainer. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. At the start of my program, He carefully assessed my body, to determine my strengths and weaknesses. He then prepared a very personalized exercise program both for my upper and lower body, which took into account my individual needs. During training, He is very careful to ensure that all exercises are done correctly, to avoid the possibility of injury. I have enjoyed working with Abhishek. His personality makes even the hardest workout much easier to bear.
