I absolutely love attending shiva yoga classes with jaya ma'am! Her energy is contagious, and she creates such a fun and lively atmosphere. She offers clear and precise instructions, making each pose accessible for all levels.I always leave her class feeling refreshed, balanced, and grateful. Her positive energy and encouragement makes every session a joy to attend. Her teaching style is incredibly calming and inspiring. She is a qualified yoga instructor. Her instructions on Yoga poses and musical exercise helped me to improve flexibility, strength and overall well being. After a C-section delivery, first I was in doubt to start any abdominal exercise routine, but jaya ma'am has been very helpful. I must say it's absolutely best in town!!!
