A great fitness club for daily workout with friendly and cooperative environment.I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The 45 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.

Pros - Machines are Toppro manufactured (known for premium finish , quality and less maintainence ) Dumbells upto 40 kg and all accessories except long handle, chains etc Clean rubber flooring ( Gold gym level) Cardio machines par excellence ( 2 airbikes, 3 treadmill, 2 elliptical, 1 manual treadmill, i think ) 2 steppers and 4 deadlift mats Fees not exorbitant Water filter Washroom(He/she) Trainer is really knowledgeable and gentle (& not a steroid-buff-pregnant-monster as in most gyms) Cons- No Squat Rack No standard lat pulldown machine (classic one)( their is machine but its a waste believe me) Only one pull up station No box ( for box jumps) No seated calf Machine Not every middle class student can afford the price ( which is actually deserving ) So target clients are checkmark fitness people and Pampered teens . Verdict - Better than its competition in chanapora , natipora ,rambagh, bagh e mehtab , nowgam zone.( Believe me i've been thru most)

Not spacious, many machines are also missing. However its owner is friendly and environment in the gym is cosy.

Gym is well established with better equipments.
