He motivates without pushing too hard, and his guidance has helped me improve both my strength and confidence.

Nice gym! And if you need a trainer. I highly recommend Raman Chauhan! He's a great trainer for both weight loss and bodybuilding, and his meal plans are simple and effective. Very motivating and supportive throughout the journey.

Working out is tough, but folks at Gold's Gym make it fun. Great ambience, great staff, great equipment; Gold's Gym scores high on all parameters. Attention to keep the interiors clean and hygienic is praiseworthy. Diverse equipment availability with no restrictions on usage make choosing your workout routine for the day a breeze. Well trained staff is always available at hand to give nuanced inputs on how to proceed with your workout. All in all, great gym to meet your workout goals.

Sanjeev Verma is a great trainer he pushes you the right way and I've seen really fast results with his training. Highly recommend him.

I have been training under PT Sanjeev at Gold's gym since past two and a half months and the experience has been very rewarding and good. He has good knowledge and a very polite and respectful attitude which makes even a difficult work out seem easy. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants good trainers and a comfortable work out environment. Keep up the good work Sanjeev.

The gym is fine, but the experience is completely ruined by the in-house food joint. They claim to serve 'healthy food,' but it's loaded with sauces and additives that completely contradict the claim. Though I dont take care about it. Shockingly, the kitchen is located right in the middle of the gym! Without any proper exhaust system, the strong, spicy fumes spread through the entire workout area, making it almost impossible to breathe during workouts. If this setup is part of Gold's Gym's plan, it's shocking and deeply disappointing. And if it's the idea of a local franchise owner, it's bringing a terrible name to the Gold's Gym brand. Fitness enthusiasts expect a clean, healthy environment--not one filled with overpowering kitchen odors. Until this issue is addressed, I cannot recommend this gym to anyone serious about their health or fitness.

Cleanliness: The gym was clean and organized, which made a comfortable environment to work out. Friendly Staff: The staff was approachable and helpful when I had questions about equipment or membership. Convenient Location: It's in a great spot with good parking space, making it easy for my workout schedule.
