Good fees structure and very good gym... Very spacious

No complaints on the location or equipment, but the people here are the worst. Main trainers are biased towards his friends and new women coming in the gym and the other trainers who are experience will hardly teach you anything that you don't know. For example, I did weighted squats the first time here, and my confidence lowered even further . For example, The main trainer compared me to his son telling me my son lifts more weights than you and called me names when I am not even in talking terms with them. There is more to share, trying to keep it concise here, this is kind of a support you get here. sorry for being so honest, but this is how it is and the constant messages and reminders and calls even after telling them to stop calling or texting, won't stop.

Very Good Gym...lots of cardio options and lots of equipments for Strength Training...Plus Steam & Sauna...Staff and trainers are helpful... Owner of Gym is very Helpful..

Space wise, this gym has no competition. Such variety of equipments under one roof....only Count Fitness had made it possible. Steam bath and Sauna bath and dressing room is also available separately for men and women. Trainers have very Good Knowledge except one or two. The only bad thing according to me about this gym is that its on 1st floor and there is no lift service available and it became very difficult for the the elder people to reach until they are fit enough.

It's a grand place. I have been gymming here two years now. Everyone is a friend. Trainers are supportive. Timings are flexible. Crowd is good. Machines are good. Always a positive atmosphere. A swimming pool and a permanent locker wouldn't hurt. Overall I would still continue with it. Barring in mind there are options worth exploring. I would still go with it. Fitness do count.

Gym is big and spacious so is the heart of the trainers because you'll find them always busy with girls and doing show off. Majority of the trainers have zero knowledge and are showing off their physique built on steroids. Management staff is good. Machines are not up to the mark as they should be for SO CALLED PREMIUM GYM. Invest your membership wisely because there are better options.

I have been visiting this gym for four days. This gym has larger area than other gyms of Jammu. They have most of the machines and space for exercises. Sauna and Steam bath are also available here but they bit smaller in area. Few machines are getting old. Staff is courteous. Trainers are supportive and encouraging. Would love to give 5 stars if they repair the faulty machines. Thanks.

Very nice Gym... I found this Gym like as abroad's Gyms.. very nice machines well traind coach and staff steam and Sona chambers are also there..
