Madhuram Yoga

I've been doing Madhuram online yoga courses with Sishpalji for the past two weeks. Amazing teacher!! He is very patient and kind; he gives each student in the class personalized attention. Positive outcomes are a direct result of his inspiring and motivating teaching approach. His workouts are so simple that people of all ages can perform them. I felt a lot of improvement both physically and mentally. My knee pain has reduced, weight has decreased, and I have more energy all day. Thank you, Sir, for giving us your valuable time and sharing your knowledge with us. I highly recommend his classes to anyone looking for a fantastic yoga experience.

I have been doing evening yoga classes since last 3 months regularly with Sheeshpal sir. It has been an enriching experience. There is lot of improvement in flexibility and mental relaxation. Very nice online classes conducted by Sir. Really helping people to get better and healthy with Yoga and health tips from Sir. Time to time they are conducting free Yoga camps as well so everyone can benefit from those.

I have been doing Yoga camp for the last 18 days and the experience is quite great. Guru ji taught hand and leg kriyas to everyone with great patience and with personal attention to all the attendees. My body is becoming flexible with a daily exercise routine which has not been the case earlier. Also, working out on the suggested diet which I am sure would help me positively in the coming days. I would recommend it to everyone for their fitness.
