Best gym in my locality. I visit many gym before but find it the best one .. staff is very humble .. specially Amit sir.. I was in doubt whether I can start my weight loss or not but Amit sir give me motivation and tell me how to start .. now I love to exercise daily .. my diet is imporved and feeling more energetic my health issues been cured thanku b strong and specially Amit sir .. if u want to join gym than must visit b strong

My Honest Review of the Gym I joined this gym about a month ago, and honestly, it's been one of the best decisions I've made for myself lately. The staff always greet me with a smile, and it really makes a difference when you're dragging yourself in for a workout after a long day. The equipment is top-notch and super well-maintained. I mostly stick to the weight area and some cardio machines, and I've never had to wait too long for anything. There's enough space that I don't feel cramped, which I appreciate a lot.The energy, the music, the instructors--they all push you in the best way. I leave every class feeling stronger and more motivated. If you're looking for a gym that's not just about fitness but also about feeling good while you work on yourself, I'd 100% recommend this one.

I joined this gym recently and I'm glad that i can say i took the right decision, this gym has plenty of space and well equipped with machines, also Amit bhai is such a humble , experienced & supportive person.

The staff is friendly and the equipment is well-maintained and always clean. This is the gym where I feel comfortable and supported.

My experience with this gym is unmatched. The ambiance, hygiene and equipments are well taken care of. Being a girl I never felt uncomfortable there. I had the privilege to be trained by Pankaj, who is very knowledgeable in his field.

Just started the training at B Strong. Fully satisfied with the knowledge, skill and professional attitude of the trainers. The gym is so well equipped with modern and smooth machines and having ample space. Environment is so coducive. Hope to see desired results within a short span.

This gym is amazing.Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Super clean and comfortable gym for everyone. It quickly moved to awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here they are eager to help and will to take time with you.
