I had an outstanding experience at Zoo Culture Gym & Spa! The facilities are top-notch, with a wide variety of equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help. The spa services are a perfect way to relax after a workout. Overall, it's a fantastic place to achieve fitness goals while enjoying a community vibe. Highly recommend!

Zoo Culture Gym & Spa exceeded my expectations! The gym is well-equipped and maintained, making workouts enjoyable. The trainers are professional and supportive, helping members reach their fitness goals. The spa area is a fantastic retreat, perfect for relaxation after a session. Over the past one year the services at the gym have gone from bad to worse. The shower area is littered with tissue paper and the stink is horrible. The urinals are dripping urine all over the floor. The steam is not working. There is no facility of hot water. The management has kept tele caller employees with readymade answers for all problems. The people handling the gym management are full of arrogance (told to be arrogant by the owner) and are even ready to quarrel with the members whenever a complaint is raised. The gym has 2 sections. One for providing professional training and one for self training. The members opting for self training pay a lump sum amount and hence the management has strated taking them for granted and depriving them of the promised services. There is monthly revenue to the ownership for the professional setup as such that is given more importance. Utter chaos and unruly behaviour. The issues raised above were part of the facilities promised to me at the time of renewal of my membership. The service standards were good between the years 22-24 but have now gone for a complete toss. Either improve or return the membership fees. People looking for suggestions and reviews, don't bother to step into the gym. Not worth your time and money.

Friendly environment so u wont feel peer pressure. Your fitness will improve and also conditions such as blood pressure, over-obesity, breathing while walking outdoors(stamina) and energy levels throughout the day. Great service by reception and staff. Great yoga on tue, thu, sat 7-8am. You will see results faster than other providers. You can include natural protein in your diet, no need for any supplements; if you do very heavy weights daily with high sets and high reps then you can add 1 whey protein shake after workout for your muscles.(costs average 75 per shake).

The gym equipment is poorly maintained, many machines don't work properly, and the cleanliness is below standard. The spa service is equally bad - unhygienic, unorganized, and definitely not worth the money. Overall, a waste of time and money. Would not recommend to anyone."

Nice gym , certified trainer's, positive atmosphere , most helping and active staff i have ever seen, hygienic environment and Advanced Equipment's is very nice
