Ventilation zero ,A/c are kept off despite repeated request on the account being not working ,imagine a gym where on an average during the peak morning hours 20-25 persons are working out under one roof and still one is looking for some whip of air ,and what's the cherry on cake ,they have ill mannered staff /trainer who is so full of himself (can be called condescending attitude) that asking twice about air conditioners on different days pissed him off to a point that he could only give a standard reply :talk to person at reception,the answer could be right but the tone wasn't for sure ,could have let it pass if has happened for once but the audacity to then make fun while standing with others ,also denying it when confronted by their own front desk staff was not at all surprising . I am compelled to give the feedback since the ambience and environment where one is working out are both complementary Kindly take the feedback in a positive manner and make the changes ,switching off a/c and drawing curtains on the pretext of lack of cooling are silly excuses /means of cost cutting .The photo attached is the exact area where ac today was not working just above the cross trainer machine,told this to front desk who very calmly said are working but they are not , seems impossible to convince them to accept the issue one is putting out again and again P.S : gave two stars purely for the variety of equipments and being space friendly ,rest all needs improvement on many levels ,hope to see some change .

It feels uncomfortable when the ankit bura(trainer) keeps staring at me during my workouts. It makes it hard for me to focus. I would appreciate it if the trainer could maintain a professional approach and only observe when needed for guidance or correction.
