It's been 16 days since I joined this gym. I have disc harnia (slip disc) . Trainer Mr. Diljit has considered my problem and making me do workout which is suitable for my body. I am doing pretty well, I have lost 1 kg in 15 days. Gym environment is really good. There is no problem of space. Every needed equipment is available in the gym. There are other trainers are also available along with Mr. Diljit. There are, racks(for ur belongings) and washrooms available. There are 2 floors , one for cardio and other for your muscles or strength training. Ac's and fans are all in working and good condition. FEE is affordable . Timings : Morning:-5AM to 10AM (Mon-Sat) Evening:-5PM to 9 PM (Mon-Sat) Sundays are off Overall good gym. If you are looking for nice gym join L-7 gym.

Trainers are super supportive and have amazing behaviour. As a girl, i feel comfortable. Moreover, they keep you motivated every step. love working out here!

This gym has an excellent range of modern equipment and is always kept spotlessly clean. The motivating atmosphere and friendly staff make it a pleasure to work out here.

I loose my 10 kg weight .one of the best fitness centre ever joined . The atmosphere is very beautiful .
