I am visiting Karnal from overseas and joined 3R Fitness Luxury Gym for a month and I must say, it's been an amazing experience from day one!
The gym is super clean - probably one of the cleanest I've ever trained in. Everything is spotless, from the floors to the locker rooms. The equipment is top-notch, with modern machines, a great variety of weights, and everything is in perfect working condition.
There's plenty of space, so even during busy hours, it never feels crowded. The environment is very positive and energetic, which really helps keep you motivated.
The trainers are excellent - very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are always around if you need guidance or support with your workout. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the beginning.
If you're looking for a premium gym experience in Karnal, I highly recommend 3R Fitness Luxury Gym. I'm genuinely impressed and happy I chose this place during my short stay!

Kamal Thareja is a fantastic fitness trainer with great sense of humour. Every session done by kamal is filled with laugh and postive attitude which empowers you to work even harder.. He is knowledgeable, caring, patient and well spoken. He is a top trainer at 3R fitness who has a potential to take this organisation to next level.
