I visited Dimple Mam for yoga around 5 years back as I had severe lower back ache. I did yoga for around 2-3 years on and off. I got a lot of relief. Mam has a great amount of knowledge about all the yoga postures for any particular problem. The atmosphere there is always jolly and Dimple Mam take care of each member that joins Shape Up as a part of her family. Highly recommended for everyone be it for yoga, aerobics, weight management!!
This is probably one of the best workout location in Hisar. It always feel more comfortable, energetic, enthusiastic and lively when we are having our session. It's the best part of the day when along with burning out our calories, we also have fun. Thank you Dimple Ma'am for all the efforts that you put over your students and make us feel homely
