Hype The Gym Hisar

I've had a really great experience at Hype Gym! I lost around 6kg and also saw huge improvement in my knee pain and flexibility. Special thanks to Rahul, the aerobics trainer -- he's amazing and also teaches yoga really well. The gym is clean, well-managed, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, a perfect place for fitness and positive results! ....however many people found it a bit overcrowded but it's not that much crowded we must learn to adjust and wait a bit at such places.

Rahul Sir is one of the best aerobics trainers! His sessions are full of energy, positivity, and great music. You never feel tired when he's training -- just motivated and happy to push harder every day!

The gym is often overcrowded, and the number of trainers is very limited. Some of them, unfortunately, behave in an arrogant manner, which makes the experience unpleasant. The treadmills are too few for the number of members, leading to long waiting times. Another issue is the constant interference from the owner's family in both the gym and yoga sessions, which disrupts the atmosphere. On top of that, the manager is extremely arrogant and unapproachable, making it difficult to address concerns. Overall, the management and environment need serious improvement.

Overall best experience of the gym, I've lost a few inches and gained amazing stamina. I truly appreciate the guidance and support provided throughout the training.Thank you for being such an inspiring trainer @Rahul__yogart
