Excellent gym. Very well maintained including the machines. Very good and cordial staff. Instructors are good. My personal trainer- Pawan is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Knows when to push and when to manage injuries. By far the best instructor I've ever had. Aligned his schedule as per mine. I highly recommend this gym.
Tarun Sir is an Excellent trainer , had my weight loss , inch loss amazing training sessions !! Already done more than 30 sessions . Do join him for PT in the gym highly recommended go for it !!
After 10 months at Gold's Gym, I can confidently say it's been a great experience, largely thanks to my personal trainer,Tarun. He took the time to understand my fitness goals and created a personalized plan that's been both challenging and effective. He is always encouraging, and his expertise has been invaluable. One of the best gym i have ever been out standing staff and all things
I have been coming to Gold's Gym in Sector 67 Gurgaon for the last 6 months. I have been training with Tarun as my personal trainer here 3 times a week. He has been able to work wonders by helping me understand the right technique for weight training and how to keep oneself disciplined and motivated in an exercise regime, which I used to struggle with earlier.
The gym is also very well maintained and professional. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to turnaround their workout routine.
I've been training with Tarun since August 2024 and he's been a great teacher since then. He motivates u when one is down , teaches u the best techniques, posture , and is very good with his knowledge about the industry. Highly recommend him.

Very good gym, they have all the equipment you could need and keep the place well maintained. The trainers are very friendly and helpful too.
I have been training with Taurn sir and have had a very good experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He can teach you all the proper techniques to build mind muscle connection and teach you propper form for any exercise.
