Great Gym Experience! I recently joined fit 22 and have been thoroughly impressed with the facilities and services offered. The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and efficient workout environment. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to assist with any questions or concerns. The variety of classes offered is also fantastic, catering to a wide range of fitness levels and interests. Overall, I highly recommend Manish sir and Sandeep sir to anyone looking for a great gym experience.

Gets the job done. The equipment isn't well maintained and the cushioned flooring barely gets vacuumed. I used this facility as a make shift gym for 3 days when I was in Gurgaon, on a short trip. I wouldn't recommend the place to folks who are serious about working out and need a decent space for the same.

The gym is very clean and the atmosphere is really comfortable for women's workout. The trainer and the owner are supportive as well as cooperative. I lost inches in only 2 months with the guidance of trainer Manish sir. A proper diet was given and strict workout without any if buts. For women's on our menstruation days the workout use to be as per the comfort that should not affect our cycle health as well. Huge respect for the trainer. A healthy atmosphere motivates to go to gym daily. Also the hygiene is maintained by the helpers who on time clean the equipments incase some sweat or dirt is there they are readily available. Overall 10/10

Worst Jim ever, Too many bad experiences 1- Once you joined they wil make a chart like your weight and all but after that no one will take care what u are doing, they will only take care for you if you take personal trainer or else do whatever u want to do trainer come but never guide u are doing wrong exercise or what you are doing 2. Owner are totally selfish they don't have humanity I was pregnant and I joined just 18 days before I asked them to transfer my membership to my husband or my relative or refund my money but they clearly denied and that said we can't do anything no transfer nothing. I will never recommend anyone to go this jim.

My first day in the new branch of Fit22 was very good for exercise and the trainers also help in exercise, I really liked this gym and best trainer is mr. Waseem khan
