I've had a great experience at this gym! The facilities are clean, well-equipped, and The atmosphere is motivating and positive, which makes coming here something I actually look forward to A special mention Shivam trainer, who has been extremely supportive and knowledgeable.

The gym has certified trainers who have won medals in bodybuilding.The staff is also friendly and helpful. But there are few areas that need improvement. Sometimes the washrooms don't have water, and the equipment, including dumbbells, looks old and worn out. The gym has to manage the crowd better, as there's limited space for stretching, warm-ups, or crossfit exercises. Improving the overall look and maintenance of the gym is needed. People are great here but place is not. Sorry guys! But with some upgrades and better management, this gym can become a top choice for fitness enthusiasts.

Decent gym with all the necessary amenities. The trainers here are really attentive and supportive. My trainer, Shivam, made my fitness journey both effective and enjoyable--he added just the right amount of humour to keep workouts fun and motivating. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a balanced and engaging gym experience.

Overall maintenance of the gym and washrooms is poor and needs urgent improvement. Also, adding some new and advanced machines would make workouts more effective and enjoyable.With better hygiene and upgraded equipment. The trainers at this gym are excellent. Supportive and knowledgeable.If management improve maintenace this gym could easily become one of the best in the area.

The gym team was extremely arrogant -- eight people surrounded and told me that working out in Crocs is not allowed. I explained that I recently had a nail removed and couldn't wear regular shoes, but they still refused to let me continue and made me leave. Absolutely disappointing behavior; they have no sense of how to communicate respectfully. The gym itself is below average with outdated machines from decades ago and an equally rude staff.

I have been a member from the last year, and I must say, it has been a fantastic experience. The trainers here are exceptional! They are knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you achieve your fitness goals. The gym itself is well-equipped and I also want to commend the gym management for their proactive approach to resolving issues. Recently, there was a problem with the air conditioning, which made workouts a bit uncomfortable. However, the management acted and have taken steps to fix the issue. Their response and transparency is appreciated. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to crowding during peak hours, but overall, it's a great gym!

I joined this gym 3 months ago as a beginner and i knew nothing about gym because it was my first time. People here are very supportive not only trainers but the crowd is brilliant. My trainer was Ashish and he was very supportive throughout the time being. He told me new exercises and managed my workload very well. Thanks to you guys i was able to lose weight as well as correct my posture. I joined the gym to lose weight but also ended up in developing muscles with not a single injury due to the cautious and supportive approach of the staff.
