worst experience ever! imagine going there for the first time ever and a. the instructor tells you to do tricep curls with 5kg dumbell (how do you even justify that) and b. the instructor disappearing into the crowd and not giving a crap even once about the form or way you're lifting weights.
PS- the Air conditioner wasn't working either.
Would never recommend this gym. spend some extra money and go to a nicer gym there are tons in this area
Trainers are not helpful at all. Even hijack the machines provided for the members, don't allow people to work out and instead make them wait.
My hand was injured and asked for minor assistance, but the trainers were very rude and did not help me at all. Their behavior was unprofessional.
Don't join here . Even after PT session purchased. They don't give proper session.
You book you session from the app. QSame time trainer we giving session to another member .
The Cult Centre is great but the Gym here is pathetic. Zero discipline and hygiene and Cult doesn't cares after multiple feedbacks. The picture shows the gym being opened at 6:05 when it should be operational at 6:00 am. Now the cleaning and everything will go on till 6:45 am. Pls avoid this gym branch.
I am a member of CULT GYM (not classes), PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS GYM. Only suitable if you want personal trainer. Only personal trainers are present and no floor trainer. This gym only promotes personal training. No trainer will be watching you even if you are doing wrong Excercise or even if you get injured.
I highly recommend to join Cult Eros to meet or maintain your fitness goals. The trainers here are very professional and supportive. Location is right off the main road with ample parking space. The facility is well maintained. Above all you get to meet a very motivated bunch of fellow cult members.
Best cult or in fact gym near Golf extension road region. I visited all gyms in that region before joining and finally took membership of this one. Best location, very reasonable fees ( 6 months plan ), free & ample parking, most machines are there. I don't rely much on trainers, so can't say much about them, but if you need basic help/guidance with certain exercises - they are certainly helpful.
Good gym. Mornings are crowded. Trainers are helpful you just have to ask.
