I have trained in many gyms but this gym is something different Mr.Ashish (Owner) is very humble and eager to help Machines are also well functioning and properly maintained This is best gym to learn exercises and get in shape

Worst experience. They are so greedy and rude especially the owner chitra. Please invest your money somewhere else. They promise something before paying and their words change after you are stuck with them. We decided on a 3 months membership in 2 installment but in the middle she converted the 1st installment for only 1 month fees. The trainer also doesn't help and acts uninterested. you can imagine the gym trainer work after seeing her, how they are possessive for their work.

It's been a great experience training at Astra Fitness Gym. Gym is clean and well equipped. I have known Ashish bhai for over two years now. Very helpful. He makes sure you learn and use the right form. His advice on fitness and nutrition has helped me improve my strength, energy, and PR. Astra Fitness Gym - Highly recommended for people looking to workout!!
