Training with Krishna at AGS Gym has been an amazing experience. He really helped me understand the basics, focus on proper form, and progress at a steady pace while avoiding injuries. The gym has excellent equipment and a very positive atmosphere that keeps you motivated. Highly recommend both Krishna and AGS Gym to anyone serious about improving their fitness safely and effectively!
Gym equipments are very nice.Hygiene is very well maintained. And the trainer like
"Krishna"sir is highly knowledgeable and explains every exercise with patience.
Great Gym, sufficient number of machines, good quality accessories and weights, well experienced coaches like Krishna and Nishant are very good. Offering personal training also.
I think this one has opened recently. Few positives that i have noticed
-Good variety of machines for every muscle group
-The gym is spacious and not very crowdy in the evening which is always a good thing.
-The count and variety of free weights are also good.
-Haven't interacted much with the trainers so, can't say much about them. But their nature seemed welcoming and helpful.( Based on my few interactions.)
One of the best gyms. Amazing trainer polite and know what they are doing.
Hygienic and clean.
Equipments machines are of good quality.
Very worst gym in gurgaon, in experiences trainers and very low quality equipment and too much high price.
Gym is good but there is no parking available nearby
