It is one of the best gym in the faridabad. PT are available for help you in work out and give attention to all members of the gym. After 4 P.M, the gym start in the evening and it will run till 10 pm, in the morning at 6 am it will open till 10-11 am. All Machines are in good conditions, trade mill and boxing bag is also available in the gym. 1st floor have al the weights and machines, 2nd floor is open for practicing boxing and other exercises.
My experience is very good with the gym, loved the environment and it's clean and nice.
