We have been advised by TRAINERS to not do any workout without shoes. Where as I have seen by myself two trainers and three clients (PT) of trainers who are doing workout in legs area and weights area without shoes and they are supporting them. ... two of your trainers are worst and pathetic . We request the management to seriously make sure that your TRAINERS DONT CREAT ANY RUCKUS... old ones who have left the gym and went to GOLDS were much much better. Then these CHAPRI trainers .... they never promoted any cheap activity in gym these people just make sure their PT comes twice in a day . why they are allowed twice a day??? I am attaching the images too who were doing legs workout. Without shoes Where 2- boys changing area is so bad the visibility form outside is clear, why?? Don't guys have privacy???? The gym has a very good ambience, the machines are new & of good quality. The crowd is also descent. Everyday there are group classes in the morning & in the evening of yoga, Zumba, Bollywood dance etc.

Gym Has Very Good Ambiance, very clean and hygienic. I think it is the best gym of faridabad. I really Feel Comfortable to ask for help to their trainer specially Pradeep Sir. I have been training since one week and he guided me right exercises which helps me also he is very humble.
