If you are not disciplined you like dirt, gossips then this place is not for you. Its fully disciplined and the best workout place you'd find in faridabad and its highly maintained cleanliness and hygienic. Once you come here you will be addicted to this gym.

It's been a year in this gym. The trainers are very cooperative and i have a wonderful experience in terms of transformation. Gym is clean and equipments are good. The overall environment is good. I will suggest to give a try.

It is, without a doubt, a fantastic location. The gym is extremely clean and well-kept. The personnel and trainers are extremely pleasant and courteous. It's a fantastic fitness chain that focuses on improving their clients' strength and agility using innovative training methods.

The gym is quite great in location and environment. The atmosphere is energetic. Its been 3 months since i have joined and currently being trained under supervision by Trainer Praveen . Hes an Excellent instructor , who energises the people , boosts there confidence and morale , gives great advice and support . I have achieved great result under him as he is always there to correct my forms and techniques and strengthen my body as a person.
