They should maintain it, many activities are their. Karate, gym, swimming. Swimming trainer are also good. Also changing room should be kept clean and even washrooms are not maintained. Just need to maintain the area properly. Open area is there near pool which is danger as any one can fall in that, need to cover it. Photo attached.
