Today taking out some time to write down a review for my trainer Dhaval Thakor, I am being trained under him for almost 2 months now. I can see a tremendous positive changes in my over all strength, fat loss and energy levels. He makes sure that my weekly work out should include muscle training, strength training, weight training, cross fit session and cardio. He has tailored diet plan in a way that in easy to prepare and follow. Very satisfied with results and love the exercises which I do.
