The management themselves let you feel like you're in the worst gym ever in your life. Clients are begging for the basic services and they never listen and acted quickly. You ask for the basic services and they'll let you feel like beggers. ACs are not working since 2 months, required fans are not installed, basic principle missing from trainers. Trainers answers like "owner doesnt listen to us, we dont have anything in hand. We told them manytimes but owner didnt reply etc." I have never seen such poor management from any company or franchise. Customers/clients are not treated/listened respectfully. We are the regular clients since more than four years, evenafter lot many flaws, still nothing has improved much. I urege to the management, look into this if you're willing to.

The Gym has most of the equipments, well maintained, that a usual gym goer would require to meet their fitness goals. Cleanliness is something that I appreciate about the Gym. The trainers are very friendly and guide you when you ask them to.
But the management should focus on resolving issues highlighted now and then by the clients. Most of the time the ACs have issue. They are either not working or not cooling. There are weights lying around all over the gym and not racked properly. But it is as much a responsibility of the clients as of the gym management. So, I hope these things are taken seriously.

One AC out of four didn't repair since January 2024.

Ask to repair from last fifteen days to Floor Manager somehow he didn't get proper reply Mr. Kedar.

My purpose of stay fit is very satisfying....All equipments are well known brand so lesser chance of breakdowns..less crowded comparing to nearby gyms..but still less worth if you compare the size and equipments with others..
