I've been training at Body Mechanics Gym, and I must say it's one of the best fitness centers around. The gym is owned and managed by Amit Sir, whose dedication to fitness and personal attention to each member truly sets this place apart. He is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals. The staff at Body Mechanics are equally professional and supportive. They maintain the gym well, assist whenever needed, and create a welcoming atmosphere for both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts. Hi Guys body mechanics gym is Worst and waste of mony gym don't join this gym cause my experience very bad totally unsatisfied problems is insufficient space . they have oldest gym machines. You have to do wait for your mechanics . If you do complain for any problem gym office staff is not solving issues also behaviors is very rude so don't join this gym rest gym give good service as compared to this gym if you want to do cadio and weighlift in twice a day don't allow also have time issues. Pathetic vary Pathetic gym don't suggestions to any gusy..

Cannot say enough good things about this gym. By far the best gym..!! You honestly need to get in here and see for yourself.. Positive vibes. And this is like no other. You will instantly form a bond with a crew and other participants. Everyone is very Friendly here.. Trainers are GREAT...!!

Reasonable prices , Friendly nature of other members and Trainer are very helpful. Also The Equipment are Of best quality used in gym .

It is one of the best gym in Baroda . Since it is very near to my home it is very convenient for me . It has got all the facilities and the trainers are well trained and experienced . They are truly professional and helpful . The cleanliness of the gym is very well maintained . You get motivated when you visit the gym .

This is the first gym I've joined and I'm loving it. The facility is big bright and breezy. The staff are friendly, welcoming and eager to help. I've started going to the classes and there is a really good mix of classes and they're such good fun.Overall enviornment of gym is damn friendly and it is a supercool place for workout !

Exercise is a Blessing not a Chore. But when you get a gym like Body Mechanics you feel lucky to tone yourself up. Body Mechanics is the bestest gym I had ever visited.. people are so friendly and encouraging.. I personally feel like second home where you relax yourself in the form of workout. Happy happy... Best experience for lifetime.....
