I started my fitness journey a year ago, when i used to weigh 46kgs. After a year after lots of personal training and consistent hard work, I gained 16kgs of pure muscle that to "naturally". So I would definitely recommend this gym. The workouts are held in batches with personal attention by the owner himself who was also a professor at a prestige university in Gujarat.

Its been 6 months since I joined Perfect shape and Honestly, it's been the best decision. For me, this journey has been about looking toned, staying fit & shredded .And I couldn't have asked for a better trainer than Rushabh Sir. He pushes us all to do better every single day and is veryy attentive as well as helpful. Never thought that 1 hour functional training everyday could bring me so much progress. I started at 47 Kgs and have been able to maintain my weight, with much more strength and muscle gain now and lesser unnecessary body fat. Highly recommended for anyone and everyone who are genuinely wanting to work hard and start their fitness journey. It's never too late !!

Perfect shape is my SUKUN' place from 2021 since now ..... amazing trainer n amazing person... usual trainers just shows how to do excises but he is only one I guess who do excise with us n motivate us .... For me this place is emotion can't describe in words but yess best place for reconstruct n rejuvenate your mental n physical place for sure
