Good service with friendly staff and certified Professional Trainers and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. Ranking gyms on their performance is too subjective. A benefit for one could be a major drawback for others. I reckon it has all the things which an ideal gym desire. Coming to the other side of a coin, the owner doesn't know how to conserve the client. That's the biggest elephant in the room. So be mindful while selecting the gym.

5 weeks. Lost 5 inches and 6 kilos. Gained enough strength to climb 4 floors without a break and muscles feel stronger. From 106kg to 100kg. All credit goes to Gaurav Rathore sir who put me in discipline by following up if I skip. He makes sure we push our limits and become better with posture, strength and stamina. I have been trained by other trainers before but Gaurav sir has been the best so far. From film celebrity to professional body builder, everyone needs a trainer. If you are serious about getting in shape I would recommend hiring him as your trainer in the gym.

Nice gym... Good infrastructure..... All are quality equipments.... Ambiance and music is You will have fun in working out here.... Trainers needs to be more trained...
