My Fitness Zone

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at My Fitness Zone (MFZ). The state of the facility is completely unacceptable, and frankly, a health and safety concern. Practically all the machines and equipment are damaged, broken, or in severe disrepair. This makes working out difficult and, more importantly, dangerous. I have wasted time having to constantly search for equipment that is actually functional. This shows a complete lack of maintenance and regard for member safety. The gym is visibly not clean and is frankly unhygienic. The machines are often dirty, the floor is poorly maintained, and overall, the environment feels neglected. In a facility where people are sweating and sharing equipment, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable and a health hazard. The combination of damaged equipment and poor hygiene makes this gym a very bad choice. Despite paying my fees, I cannot use the facilities safely or comfortably. The management needs to immediately invest in equipment repair/replacement and establish a professional cleaning protocol. I would not recommend this gym to anyone."

I've been going to this gym for a while now, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. One of the main issues is that they often don't turn on the air conditioning, even during peak hours when the gym gets hot and uncomfortable. This makes workouts unnecessarily exhausting and unpleasant. Additionally, one of the trainer is quite careless and inattentive, showing little interest in helping members or guiding them properly. For the price being charged, I expected better facilities and more professional staff. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements soon

Until the gym prioritizes fixing its core cardio equipment, the value of this membership remains questionable

The gym has many issues. Matches are not working. There is no steam bath, no exercise equipment, and no aerobics. The water supply is poor. The AC does not work well, and the gym trainers are lazy.

The gym service is last quality and in water filter cockroach is there and no ac working staff are also unprofessional and receptionist also not good person
