I started my Journey at Amph Fit at the end of January 2025. I was 102.7 kgs and had many issues related to my body, uric acid, hypothyroidism, a very stiff back and a stiff body. My coach Prem Goswami trained me with utmost care and his knowledge and approach was awesome. After 3 months ai am 88 kgs and gained muscle also. Started lifting double of the weight I used to do. Highly recommended.

Only gym where you would want to come everyday!! The trainers and equipments are top notch anyways, but the vibe is great!! You would love to talk and vibe with trainers here. Look out for Sachin sir and Aarti Maam. They would be talking with you and guiding you like Elder sibling. Also, my absolute favourite is Divyansh. The chillest and coolest trainers ever!!
