Amazing gym ... getting great support from staffs.... they have great process to gain the weight as well as reduce weight

1/5 I have been going to Always Fit Gym for 3 years, and my experience has been very disappointing. The trainers do not pay proper attention to members , and they don't provide any proper diet plans or guidance. Even when someone is doing an exercise incorrectly, they don't correct the form or teach the right technique . Proper training is completely missing here. The service is very poor , and the gym owner's response is unprofessional . Instead of addressing concerns, they avoid or ignore them. For the fees they charge , I expected much better management and coaching . I even recommended this gym to 5-8 new members, thinking it would be a good place for them to join, but they are facing the same issues and still not getting proper attention. It's clear that they don't understand how to run a gym properly or how to treat their members. On top of that, the offer we were promised (2 protein shakes, gym bag, shaker, and steam bath) was never provided properly. What they promised for free is just a marketing gimmick, and we've had to pay for the services they should have provided. It's clear that these offers are only made to attract new members and are never actually fulfilled. I would not recommend this gym to anyone serious about fitness. If you're looking for good training, proper guidance, and professional service, this is not the right place . This is not a fake account I am just hiding my identity .. and if I say anything wrong then I can tell you straight to your face, but if you bring your changes first then it will be good, otherwise I am not afraid of writing the truth, so go ahead. And don't take phone from far away and post good reviews, let the person who is true write it himself please... don't mislead people by posting fake reviews.

The gym trainer teaches well here, also This is the biggest and best-equipped gym in Kadi. They give us perfect diet Plan.

The facilities are top-notch, with modern equipment and a motivating atmosphere. The staff are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, always ready to assist and offer guidance. I've seen amazing results since joining--the classes are challenging but fun, and I feel stronger and healthier than ever. Highly recommend this gym if you're serious about your fitness goals!"
